- Student Assessments: Conduct individual assessments to understand each student’s academic progress, interests, and career goals.
- College Awareness: Host workshops and information sessions about college options, majors, and career paths.
- Test Preparation: Guide students on SAT, ACT, or other standardized test preparation strategies and register them for upcoming test dates.
- College List Development: Help students create or refine a list of colleges they are interested in applying to based on their goals and academic profiles.
- Extracurricular Planning: Encourage students to engage in extracurricular activities that align with their interests and enhance their college applications.
- November 5 to December 25, 2024
- Application Preparation: Focus on supporting students in completing their college applications, including early decision and early action deadlines.
- Essay and Personal Statement Reviews: Provide detailed feedback and guidance on college essays and personal statements.
- Letters of Recommendation: Assist students in requesting and organizing letters of recommendation from teachers and mentors.
- Scholarship Research: Introduce students to scholarship opportunities and help them start preparing their scholarship applications.
- Parent Meetings: Organize meetings with parents to discuss the progress of the college application process and financial planning.
- January 10 to March 20, 2025
- Regular Decision Deadlines: Support students in submitting regular decision college applications and staying on track with deadlines.
- Financial Aid and FAFSA: Guide students and families through the FAFSA process and other financial aid applications to maximize funding opportunities.
- Interview Preparation: Provide resources and mock interviews to help students prepare for college admissions interviews.

- Mid-Year Reviews: Conduct progress reviews with students to discuss academic performance and update their college and career plans as needed.

- College Acceptance Decisions: Help students evaluate their college acceptance offers and guide them in making their final decision.
- Scholarship and Financial Aid Follow-Up: Assist students in accepting financial aid packages and securing additional scholarships.
- College Transition Workshops: Prepare students for the transition to college life, including time management, budgeting, and academic expectations.
- Final Transcripts: Ensure that all final transcripts and documents are sent to the colleges where students have been accepted.
