      • Scholarship Research: Introduce students to scholarship opportunities and help them start preparing their scholarship applications.
      • Parent Meetings: Organize meetings with parents to discuss the progress of the college application process and financial planning.

      • Follow-up on Applications: Encourage students to regularly check the status of their applications and respond to any college requests for additional information.
      • Mid-Year Reviews: Conduct progress reviews with students to discuss academic performance and update their college and career plans as needed.

      • College Acceptance Decisions: Help students evaluate their college acceptance offers and guide them in making their final decision.
      • Scholarship and Financial Aid Follow-Up: Assist students in accepting financial aid packages and securing additional scholarships.
      • College Transition Workshops: Prepare students for the transition to college life, including time management, budgeting, and academic expectations.
      • Final Transcripts: Ensure that all final transcripts and documents are sent to the colleges where students have been accepted.
      • Celebrate Success: Acknowledge and celebrate students’ achievements with acceptance letters, scholarships, and their journey towards higher education.
